I have helped lead three impactful one-day conferences in Central Texas, bringing together 60-100 girls ages 9-14 for empowering experiences. Two conferences focused on entrepreneurship, where students learned to build their own businesses by applying STEM skills and collaborating with industry experts. Another conference centered on fostering healthy friendships, teaching participants how to build meaningful connections and develop teamwork and coping skills through interactive workshops. Each event inspired attendees to grow their confidence, explore their potential, and embrace their personal power!
